Gujrat Travel Itinerary

Day 01: Ahmedabad to Rann of Kutch

Today we will proceed to the salt marsh of Gujrat, Little Rann of Kutch. It is an almost 200 km pleasant journey, after reaching Little Rann of Kutch complete the check-in formalities in the resort. Explore the desert of salt through open jeep within the Little Rann of Kutch, where you can sight animals like Wild-Ass, Desert Fox, Blue Bull, Blackbuck, Wolf, Jackal and few species of snakes & many species of birds also you’ll visit the village of two crucial tribes of this region Rabari and Banjara. Overnight stay at Little Rann of Kutch.

Day 02: Rann of Kutch to Jamnagar

This Morning after breakfast continue your journey to Jamnagar. On arrival the city check-in to the hotel. Visit the Lakhota Lake & Lakhota Museum. In the evening, visit the Bala Hanuman Temple which is famous for its non-stop Ram Dhun chant, for the last 55 years, also recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. Overnight at a resort.

Day 03: Jamnagar to Dwarka

After breakfast, proceed to the holy city of Dwarka. Visit Sri Dwarkadhish Temple and Gomti Ghat, an important sanctuary for all devout pilgrims. In the afternoon visit Bet Dwarka, see the old temple of Krishna. The journey from Okha in the mainland to the temple is by local boat. On the way to Bet Dwarka, see the Nageshwar Temple – one of the 12th Jyoti linga of Shiva. Rukmini Temple and Gopi Lake return to Dwarka. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 04: Dwarka to Somnath (Via Porbandar)

This morning start your journey to Somnath. You will reach Porbandar after a 75km drive, it will take 1. 5hrs. At Porbandar visit to Kirti Mandir – the area where Gandhiji was born. Later proceed to Somnath, more 130km journey which will take around 2. 5hrs. On arrival at Somnath, go to Bhalka Tirth & Somnath Temple. In the evening enjoy the famous light and sound show. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Somnath to Diu

After breakfast at the hotel this morning, check out and head to the coastal town of Diu. The day is for leisure and relaxation on the beach for recreation. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 06: Diu Sightseeing Tour

Morning is free to enjoy the extensive water sports and adventure activities available at Nagoa Beach. Later after lunch, visit St. Paul’s Church, Diu Museum, and Diu Fort. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Diu to Sasangir

After breakfast, it is time to leave Diu and proceed to Shasangir. Shasangir is famous for the Asiatic Lion. In the afternoon visit the Gir Interpretation Zone in Devalia. Crocodile Breeding Farm, Gir Information Center. Watch a movie on a lion in the evening at the Gir Information Center. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08: Sasangir To Gondal (via Junagadh)

Wake up early this morning to experience the jeep safari in Gir National Park. After breakfast drive towards Gondal. On the way we will stop at Junagadh to visit Uparkot Fort, Ashoka Rock Edict, Mahabat Makabara and Junagadh Museum. At the end of the Junagadh sightseeing tour, we will leave for Gondal. Upon arrival, after the checking formalities, we will visit the Navlakha Palace and the Museum of Classic and Vintage Cars. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 09: Gondal to Bhavnagar (via Palitana)

Today morning we will leave for Bhavnagar. En-route visit  Palitana the city of temples, visit the famous Jain temple at Shatrunjaya Hills. Continue your journey to Bhavnagar. In the evening go to Takhteshwar Temple positioned at a small hillock. Overnight live in the hotel.

Day 10: Bhavnagar to Ahmedabad (Via Velavadar National Park & Lothal)

Last day of your holiday tour, we will leave you at Ahmedabad Railway Station / Airport. On the way to Ahmedabad, you will visit Velavadar and Lothal. Velavadar National Park is a tropical grassland in India.
